I practiced volleyball with me daughter today in anticipation of volleyball tryouts for high school. I think she is good....I haven't played since.....(I won't say) but forgot how much I liked it

Forty students from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance took a classical approach to the flashmob as they flashwaltzed Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers at the new Sarah Wetsman Davidson Hospital Tower in Jerusalem. Doctors, patients and passers-by joined in the fun. The surprise concert was part of Good Deeds Day, an annual event that originated in Israel in 2007 and now takes place in over 50 countries worldwide. On this day volunteers reach out to the less fortunate and the vulnerable. The Academy students enjoyed the day so much that they have decided to schedule regular concerts at the hospital. Hadassah Medical Organization treats over one million patients annually, without regard to race, religion or national origin. |

I found a restaurant that I tried YEARS ago when I went to Pisgah National Forest. I remembered that it was right by the entrance, but there are many entrances.

i spent a day in boone, nc. i went to uni there many moons ago. but as i jus' had a mini reunion wit' some folks i schooled there wit', i thought a day trip was in order. (it's only 2 hours from where i'm stayin' wit' me sistah)
i enjoyed myself immensely. a lot o' new, a bit o' old. and beautimus mountains on the blue ridge parkway. i had lunch at a place i had lunch at (many, many times) 30+ years ago, and it was jus' as good, maybe bettah...
