My mother was in town for a few days and food was flowing. So, yesterday and today we have been munching on left overs.

from the Portuguese roast (with potatoes, chicken, pork, chuck roast, and portuguese sausages), ribs, rice, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, baked beans, broccoli, grilled chicken, rosemary bread and three cheese rustic bread, and so on.

I haven't cooked since friday night....tomorrow is fridge clean out day and cooking will resume.

basically made a burrito minus the tortilla and piled into a bowl.

Met up with my BFF at Cracker Barrel. I had the 1/2 beans and 1/2 greens with corn muffins and a side of dumplins'! Of course, we shared that scrumptious apple dumplin' with 2 scoops vanilla ice cream!
