What do I need right now this moment ?
!. huge hug from someone that loves me
2. for my mom to stop yelling and screaming and blaming me for things.
3. for my own sanity to stay in tact.
4. for my ptsd, anxiety and depression to calm the fuck down.
5. for a peaceful place to go to(there's nothing here around me I can go to )
6. for me to get away for while and go see the rest of my family as soon as I'm able to leave.
7. to stop feeling guilty that I need to take care of me first when mom is acting all nutty on me, and walk away and stay away from her because she's toxic to me and a detriment to my own well being.
8. to get a good night's sleep without nightmares or night terrors tonight.
9. for my younger sister to read the texts I sent her and not be all pissed off but to be understanding and not call me yelling at me about my decision I had to make today about mom.
10. to see my friends out of town and have a good time with them too.
