OK, it's New Years eve..SOOOO

I made pinwheels:

~bacon, cheese with a cream cheese and ranch spread
~ham and cheese with and without ranch spread
~roast beef and cheese with a horse radish, mustard and cream cheese spread (some with lettuce some without)
~turkey and cheese with ranch spread
~turkey club
~ham club
~BLT

Chili
Cheese Poppers
Pizza Rolls
Pigs in a Blanket

and maybe something else...not sure yet

I have been invited by the love of my life to the country club for dinner and dancing

Hmmmmmm, i guess my daughter will have soup alone tonight! Lol

Chinese food -- with grass fed steak, lots of broccoli, snow peas, onions, garlic, ginger and for a small treat-- some rice.

My girl and I have decided to spend the night in.

What's a better meal than a bed picnic?

She is making chocolate covered strawberries and
some sort of meat in a pastry thingy ( I wasn't listening
after the strawberries ) I am contributing cheeses, rare roast
beef and flatbread crisps. Oh....and two very cold beers.

Last night we had rib eye steak's a baked potato with a salad,no bread cause I had a baked potato with real butter and sour cream with chives,cut the carbs where you can.

I had a late lunch last night so I didn't really have dinner to speak of and tonight's going to be similar.

I'll be having a linner/dunch of smoked ham, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas, mixed greens AND collards, yams, Mexicorn, cornbread and glazed apples.

I'm happy just thinking about it. I can't wait for the apartment to smell like fresh cornbread and greens!
