How to make rose water- 1.ORGANIC petals must be freshly picked. 2.Pick flowers two to three hours after sunrise after the morning dew.3.Use only petals.4.Wash thoroughly.5.Place rose petals in large pot of distilled water.6.Add just enough water to cover the petals.7.Cover with lid and simmer on low flame, water should be steaming not boiling.8.Steam until petals have lost their colour and water is colour of petals and rose oil on surface.9.Strain water in container.
