the day started out with a protein shake (whey, mango, green super food)

about 2 hours later I had a egg with provolone on a slice of bread (open face egg sandwich)

after that about two hours later, I ate 3 pork green chili sausages.

Organic brown egg with cracked black pepper, shredded cheese and smoked bacon bit. Fiber One muffin with yogurt butter and grape jelly. Bowl of mixed fruit: tangerine sections, blueberries and green seedless grapes. I wanted chocolate milk but it was bad so I went with low acid oj.
