I finally got around to using a pressure cooker that I got as a Christmas gift. Never used one before. Tonight I used it to make a pork loin with onions and carrots, and we had mashed potatoes and sriracha deviled eggs on the side. The meat was so tender. Definitely beats the hell out of roasting for hours!
