Whole wheat rotini with my homemade marinara....to the marinara I added steak, onions, and peppers; side salad with creamy Italian dressing; rolls with butter and my hot pepers in oil and garlic; and a cup of hot tea with coconut cookies for dessert.

Yummy salad. I was burnt out on them for awhile and now i got a hankering for them again. Hard boiled eggs, bacon, cheese, broccoli, romaine lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado and a dash of vinaigrette dressing. I'm getting used to low carb eating and taking little bity bites of my crackers making them last. Only two crackers and they lasted the whole meal. Yum!!!

I still have a little smoked salmon left, so tonight I will toss it in with some eggs and scramble them. I am going to make a shredded brussel sprout salad with orange pieces, pecans and a citrus/ginger dressing to go with the salmon and eggs.
