Happiness is....having the best...THE BEST physical health day I've had in a long time!!
Being able to enjoy a FULL DAY of adventures, fun, laughter and a trip for my favorite ice cream all pain free.

Happiness is...a wonderful day with much enjoyment with friends.

Happiness is....when I went to my Salon, the owner came over to me and in a tender, sweet way, told me that she needed my phone number because the last time I was in, another lady anonymously paid for a Massage Therapy treatment for me and that she needed to give my number to the therapist to schedule ...I was shocked nearly to tears. ...I later told my roommate that I don't recall ANYONE but me being there last time and I suspected my roommate had paid for it today when I walked next door before walking into the Salon...their response was "how could I have paid when you saw that their debit card machine was broke today??"....

Happiness is....wonderful, delightful surprises and private angels.
