I was talking to a pharmaceutical company today about side effects of a medication. In the course of the convo, I learned I was eligible to get this medication free of charge directly from the manufacturer. The substantial cost off my shoulders made me smile. However, I am not sure this offsets the pain in the ass side effects.  |

I must have a familiar face. Three times in the past couple of weeks people have stopped me thinking that they know me.
Today I was getting into my car as a sweet, older lady in the spot next to me was getting out of hers. I smiled at her as I normally do when making eye contact with a stranger. She started waving wildly and I waved back. Then she came up to my window, which I had rolled down, and acknowledged me as "Beth!" She finally realized I was not Beth. The whole thing was pretty funny, and she and I both got a laugh out of it. |
