I know i am loved....

My sister told me that in the days following our mother's death, she knew she would make it because there was one person in the world that she loved, and who loved her back with no conditions.

I know I am loved because his nephew tells me "I did _____ because I love you!"

I know I am loved because I cook dinner, a lot, and no one has told me to stop cooking yet (despite me serving chicken 3-4 x week).

I know I am loved because when I am stressing, he pulls me close and says "No worries babygirl, we've got this" or more recently "I got you, boo".

I know I am loved because he lets me play Spotify throughout the day, and never once requests a station/change of song.

I know I am loved because his dad hugs me before we leave and says "Yay, double hugs!"

I know I'm loved because not once since we've been together has he done anything to sabotage my weight loss. He's so supportive, works out with me, goes to my appointments with me and even follows a modified version of my diet.
