Blade roast beef diced and marinated in red wine, oil, coriander, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, cumin, pepper, garlic, and onion powder overnight. Scraped and diced potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, snow peas, and sweet peppers put in roaster. Drain marinade from meat and braise then put over veggies in pan and baked at 350 for a couple hours. The result was a melt in your mouth pot roast to die for.....
