My new chocolate flavor protein powder blended with ice and 1 cup almond milk to make a delicious shake, that leaves me full for hours and makes me feel like I am eating something sinful. Cottage cheese and garden fresh tomatoes, Avocados, I can't seem to get enough. And fresh fruit, been eating it a lot lately.

Besame - how do you feel about carbonated water? Because I'm theorizing that it has to do with the fact that we're all Gemini; therefore, exquisite and impeccable taste and discernment are simply one small part of the delightful packages that make up our collective amazing selves, lol.

Funny you mention that. I definitely crave bubbles. How funny it is a gemini trait, I never thought of it that way. I tend to drink bubbly wine. Of course champagne with all kinds of fruit juices over a mixed drink. Don't like sweet drinks, so it's diet sodas. And of late, the diet ginger ale. No caffeine and so refreshing. Caffeine is not my friend after 4pm. Lol

I'd love to know the brand name of this protein powder? I've not found one that I find all that delish. But the idea of feeling full through lunch is nice

I am using Pure Protein Rich Chocolate, I make it with a splash of torani sugar free syrup. I enjoy it, but I'm sure each person has their own taste. I add a lot of ice to make it thick and blend it. It has 25 grams of whey protein in each scoop. I buy it at Walmart for less than $20.
