Posting images in the gallery

I realize now that I am just a member I have a limited amount of image space I get to use, evidently 100kb. What I don't know is what that equates to in size per image size?

Ashton, before you upload your image, right click its filename and select "properties" from the dropdown listbox. Your image's size will be provided on the popup Property Page. Write down the size.
