the best advice i can u about sage is dont over do it on thanksgiving in the stuffing it will turn it green and DONT put it in chilli it will be nasty

As a butcher friend of mine once said, "I will not use sage in any of my meats. It is a spice used to cover the taste of old meat!"

That is the best sage advice I have....stay away from it....it is evil!

Better yet have lots of this.....
