She calculated rocket trajectories by hand. Buzz Aldrin trusted no one else. She turns 99 today, a NASA mathematician who calculated the trajectory of the Apollo 11 mission.  *This woman is my heroine. I dabbled in higher math, and frankly without my hand calculator, I had a time figuring out who got to the train faster, Molly or Peter! So many talented women in history who rarely receive credit for their numerous contributions to science.
