host a costume theme party.

Indiana Jones - Must dress like characters in the movie. Have a large basket of water pistols filled with 151 Rum. Get some props such as rope, a truth whip, etc. The rest will just unfold as they shoot that 151 into each others mouths and confess whilst wrapped in the truth whip.

Well... there may be some sleeping over. I do offer an extra wide amazingly comfortable couch.

Pool party would be a good idea, but right now it is 12C out and there are about 1,000,000 Mosquitoes per sq inch. Oh joy. So... and outdoor event is a possibility, but one butch is so tiny she just might get carried away by our overgrown oversized northern mosquitoes... I just don't know how I would explain that to her girlfriend.

I think that would be fun personally. I love costumes, but being a storyteller does that to a gal.

I'm trying to think of something with the blindfolding that would be close to top/bottom play. With commands or.... You said they're mostly couples, right? With couples you could go pretty far with that.

When you said tasting and blindfolds, do you mean á lá 9-1/2 weeks? I think that could be fun.

Are you meant to be throwing a play party?

My experience is that drinking a lot is usually discouraged.

I know I might sound like a priss, but

I wouldn't have fun at a party with a lot of drinking and public sex play in front of my friends.

This is just my preference, of course, but

It is possible that I am not the only person who might feel that way.

I love the idea of a sexy costume party, or a theme party.

I had my fiftieth birthday party at a Korean restaurant where

I reserved a karaoke room, and it was a blast.

I am hoping it is all fun. I don't know many of the women coming, so there is a part of me that is a wee bit nervous. However I am an open minded woman with a good sense of humor, hoping my party guests are as well

Chancie I can understand what you are saying. I am a drummer and the only parties I have thrown in the last few years involve a room of friends, drinks, pop, and lots of food. Then the 15 - 20 of us gather in one room or another and go round after round of freestyle drumming. We eat, drink, laugh between rounds. We make sure everyone gets home safe. For my last birthday party I had over 40 ppl come and we drummed until 6 am.

I have not thrown a party like this before. I don't know many of the women coming. Only some of them drink, none smoke and I am not sure where on the "fun" spectrum they fall.

But what the hell, we are all adults with the ability to establish boundaries and speak up.

You know what I've been thinking about as I read this thread?

When I'm single, I want to be flirty and send out I'm fun, no, really, signals, but

I don't want to send out I'll do anything to get you to like me signals. and

I almost always get it wrong.

My more staid friends think I'm a wild thing, and

My drinky party friends think I am d-u-l dull, because

I don't really drink and

I don't usually dirty dance except with my beaus.
