My breakfast is a little concoction I like to call "orgasmic oatmeal". It goes like this:

1/3 cup steel cut oatmeal
3/4 cup to 1 cup fat free milk
1 TB brown sugar or white or raw (this is optional and adds one point per TB in the WWs world)
5 walnut halves or pieces (you could also use sliced almonds)

Nuke it on high for 2 and a half minutes then stir
Add any of the following to make about 1 cup:

blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sliced banana

let it sit for about 3 or 4 minutes stir it up and enjoy!

It's delicious! I started eating this about a month ago. It's so good it's like a freaaaakin party in my mouth. I even texted Mr. Bent at 6 in the morning to tell him about it!

It's true I did receive an early morning text gushing with love for Ezee's Broatmeal concoction, made me wonder if he just hadn't been getting enough horizontal cardio action lately!

I have yet to try it myself, for fear it may make me want to give up sex.
