I want to relax tonight but I also want to cook something as a special treat! I had subway for supper and I skipped fast food after skiing.
I am thinking about doing an asian inspired stirfry - hearty, warm and full of crunchy veggies with rice noodles. I may also make a simple pudding to make a parfait over the weekend. I love reading all of your recipes! I am going to attempt making a different one each week
