I am having scrambled eggs with onions, mushrooms, and cheese, link sausage, avacado, potatoes, and toast with honey.
Apple juice to drink.

Eggs florentine, with out carbs! No bread, muffin..lol

Scrambled eggs with spinach and hollandaise sauce. Extra zesty, I love the lemon in the sauce.

Strong coffee with cream..now that is breakfast dessert.

I had a toasted light multigrain English muffin with a scrambled egg patty and a healthy schmear of hot pepper bacon jam (OMG, so good!), fresh blueberries and a glass of an oj/pom cocktail.

This again and it was great! I got all my fruits in for the day already, including the banana I had before my workout.

I also had a sweet too. I had a raspberry kolacky pastry.
