Recipe:
6 tablespoons of butter (but I use extra virgin olive oil, instead of butter) 2 cups of super fine Almond Flour 1/2 cup chopped pistachio nuts 1/2 cup stevia baking sweetener 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond extract Directions: Mix up all the ingredients and make a “log” out of the cookie dough and wrap the log in waxed paper and chill in fridge overnight. When you’re ready to make cookies, just slice the log of dough into 1/2” slices, arrange on baking parchment paper and bake them off at 350 degrees for wbout 13 minutes or until the edges of cookies turn golden brown.
