Mediterranean White Bean & Kale soup ….with Rosemary
 Made with root veggies (beet, carrot, celery & parsnips) and a smidge of pan seared in evoo veggie sausage bits, with a few vegan based “bread” sticks.  I used a bit of white wine vinegar too. Minced garlic and a squeeze of half of a Meyers Lemon 🍋 LINK: https://eatwithclarity.com/white-bean-soup
