I guess I'm only as sick as my secrets.
I am a compulsive overeater and a bulimic, and I have been in recovery for about 24 years. I haven't made myself throw up in about 13 years. I have been struggling with bingeing which does make me want to purge. The structure of local meetings is too rigid for me and I am thinking about an outpatient rehab program. |
