Oh, yes, there is nothing that I don't mind trying. I am only referring to a dish that you find to be beyond perfect, you come to the table expecting it to be the same way it has always been cooked, only to find it changed. That's all.

One additional spice can completely change the taste of a dish.

I have made homemade wine .... but never beer has anyone tried making beer?? Was it difficult ?? Did it come out good??

Yeah that's true I guess lol.Though I'm one for experimenting when I cook also lol . You can use beer in all kinds of food too.
