I'm doing it this time!! Going on two weeks smoke free....getting by with regular gum and an occasionally some Nicorette. It's WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm feeling better already! The cravings are calming down a lot....and after 33 years of smoking, I can finally say I AM DONE.

It has been two days now and i am doing well. i sometimes reach for the pack but this seems more from habit than needing a smoke. i have 16 more days until the habit is actually broken. so far so good thanks for being here for support.
