My coffeemaker broke.

I am a coffee addict. I have had this particular maker for a gazillion years.

So I dug the back up out of the closet. The back up was a gift from my brother. He asked what I wanted for Xmas one year. I told him, right down to the model number and color.

Did he buy what I requested? Seriously, he's man. He bought what HE thought I should have/want. (Just an aside, that's sexism.)

So, I unpack this monstrosity of a coffeemaker in black not white as I asked. There are so many buttons and holes and lights that blink at me, I actually had to look at the directions.....look is not the same as read.

I'm sure if I actually read the instructions, I could be having a grilled ham, egg, and cheese croissant delivered to me in bed along with the coffee in the morning.

I made 3 pots of coffee milk before I went on Amazon and ordered a couple of the coffeemakers I actually wanted.

Seriously, never fuck with my coffee.

Getting up @ 4a. to go across town to babysit my nieces & nephews. Slipping & sliding all the way when I get there I find out thier mom isnt going to work.. ATEXT OR CALL WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE... Got a feeling its not going to be a good day around here...

The cold! It was bloody freezing up in the shop front fascia putting up new signage.
Still can't get warm a couple of hours later

My monthly staff meeting where my two bosses decided it would be ok to criticize me in front of all the staff. Then of course covered their assess by saying we hope you don't feel like you are being singled out. Really seriously do not cool...this should have been handled privately especially since all I have gotten for the last 90 days are positive reports on my performance.
