There is a law from a couple of hundred years back still in effect here in the UK
It states that on one day of the year in a town in Yorkshire, an English gentleman can say one sentence (forgive me, I was told this many years ago and was stoned at the time so I can't remember specifics...), after saying this sentence he can then legally kill a Scotsman with a crossbow!

If a pregnant woman needs a pee, she can ask a policeman to use his helmet and he/she legally has to hand it over

There's more archaic laws still in effect here, but I'll have to come back when I've remembered more of them!
