I was breakfast experimenting...
Eggs, enough almond flour to thicken it up, vanilla, smudge of baking powder, cinnamon, runny pancake consistency. Poured into a pan with melted butter, cooked and flipped. Served with more butter and a little sugar free syrup. It definitely is a do over!
