i confess -
i actually looked at myself in the mirror today, first time.. anytime ive looked in the mirror i've concentrated on one single thing to look at , but today, i not only stoood and looked at myself - but i backed up and looked from head to toe... now if i could like what i see, that'd be even better i s'pose, but that, was major progress right there! =) annnnd hate that i am even admitting it lol.. but, it's all about taking baby steps to a better me!
