Good morning everyone
  Coffee is on, and breakfast is ready   I'm trying to get revved up for work today...yesterday was a seriously long "I just don't care and don't feel inspired" day. And today is my "full of conference calls" day....sigh. The good news? My blackberry, which has been screeching in my ear the last few days at random moments, is being replaced (probably today) via FedEx. The bad news? I definitely pulled a muscle in my upper back....feels like just under my shoulder blade, lifting #!%$^&&@@##!!$$**%^#@ concrete. Grrrrrrrrrr. Hope you all have a great day!

Good morning everyone !
Happy Hump Day - i went to work this morning, and go back this evening.. just walked home in the downpouring rain, and jumped in puddles on the way home, lol.. now everything is in the laundry and i'm warming up! =) i had my weigh in this morning too, lost 4.4 lbs for a total of 23 lbs now since April, HAPPY girl i am! Going to do a bit of housework this morning, and then have some lunch later, and do a workout if i dont go walking, depends if the rain will let up... Then back to work i go this evening, gotta love these split shifts *not* heh! Hope ya's have a wonderful kinda day! Ouch on the pulled muscle Jo, take care of you! (((huggggz))) feel better soon!

I will switch you jobs for one day if you like. We were cleaning the office lastnight and I lost track of time. Since organizing is something that I enjoy.
