I built 2 lamps out of tree limbs for my best friends new house. They were 300 dollars each in a retail store. My cost 8 dollars for the wiring. lol

Detailed a friends car for her, got a stain out that was in her carpet that she claimed would never come out, she tried everything. I got it out in less than 2 min. She thinks I scrubbed and scrubbed and spent hours. lol

A man with a sign that said Food or ride to TX was standing at an exit ramp in Kansas city. I was at the light turning left. I can't take riders , but I gave him 7 bucks, it's all I had on me at the time. He wasn't homeless, just stranded. He was so grateful I thought he was going to cry. I wish I had more to give him than 7 bucks.

Space Academy at NASA in Huntsville, AL. I went twice, and I want to have a kid just so I can go back with them to Space Camp!

When i was 18 and pregnant with baby #2 i found myself homeless with no one to turn to I made the decision that would never happen again.

When my dad passed away, and I had to hold everyone together. It was one of those growing up fast moments.

When I ended up homeless at 19. I only stayed that way for 4 months or so. I took steps to make sure I'd never be without a place to lay my head again.

I almost lost my vision. This taught me to be grateful more than anything. Most of my family weren't so lucky.
