went to a mini horse auction yesterday with my grand daughter. I did not buy anything. I thought I was being good...until today when the lady who bought this old skin and bones mini offered her to me once she fattens her up (I thanked her for buying the poor thing. We exchanged social media info) She was so hopeful my darling grand daughter would want her...she had bought her hoping to make her healthy again and put her with a family, and there we were, thanking her.
So we are on Mini Number 2. She is gonna be so good for the grand kids. She is as old as Nestle's Quik and as sweet as home raised honey! her name is Missie!

It's a cheap buy, costs about 5 bucks. It's an manicure polish aid, but I use it as an nail polish. It's chip resistant. But for ppl who want mistake free nail color polish application, it could be the best little trick up your sleeve. :)
I just like it for its resilient wear. Looks natural. Resists chipping, unlike other nail polish choices.

I found a marvelous deal for a pony sized trailer that I just couldnt pass up. My grand daughter will start showing next year and we need someway of getting ponies to the shows. I get to make monthly payments and gain custody of it now. Its too good of a deal to pass up. Its so affordable too. And I could do some pony parties now that I have a trailer and make money off these little ones.
this is what it kinda looks like. Nothing fancy. Nothing new. But solid, no rust, good floors, new tires, all lights and brakes work.

- Wonton chicken tacos
- Boneless wings with honey BBQ sauce and ranch dressing

And then I bought the $54 prescription - that's just a one month supply of one drug - but even that could not spoil my lovely mood.

mossberg .410 stock ... can't wait to receive it and install it ... I will put the pistol grip aside until I come up with a perfect method of having it and the stock both on the .410 (going for the tactical look) ... I have to give it some thought ... preliminary thoughts visualize welding being a part of the solution ... bore some holes, attach some type of inconspicuous hardware that can handle a weld ... oh, I don't know - I have so many ideas. I may speak with my loan officer, John, at my bank. He and I talk guns a lot. Dogs too! He has good suggestions sometimes, things I had not thought of before. John has funmy stories for me too. Once, he locked himself accidentally inside his Mom's home. He happened to have his drill inside with him. He drilled into the key entrance on the knob, destroyed the lock, hurriedly went and bought another exact match lock, installed it before she saw his mess. LOL! Of course, he told her what happened. I would have taken it a step further by switching out the key on her key ring and kept my mouth shut. :)
Hmmm, we'll see ... I will not rush it! Heck, I am just thrilled about the butt stock right now and want to bask in that awhile. :)

Spent the day in Port Townsend on Saturday and besides treating Mary to lunch (pizza), I got some greeting cards, postcards, stickers, stamps, a gift for someone, a book I can't wait to dive into, a peanut butter cookie, a smoothie, and great fish and chips for supper!

So, earlier this morning I needed to get some veggies and a few groceries at the farmers market near me, when I saw the most beautiful Autumn bouquet of Stargazers & Dahlias! So I splurged and treated myself to a HUGE bouquet of flowers.
It wasn't until a few minutes ago that I discovered that three years ago TODAY, I bought my first bouquet of gorgeous Fall flowers! Such serendipity!!! :stillheart: :stillheart: :stillheart:

How much does it cost to send a letter to the North Pole these days?
It depends, I think, on lots of things.
Sometimes it's only 45 cents.
Other times it might cost more. :giggle:
We won't discuss delivery of mail tho because as some people discover lately, it would appear that USPS has technical difficulties due to weather or any number of other unknown things. :|
So far, postage is affordable. :eyebat:  :hk28:
