clearance abercrombie & fitch jackets

https://www.abercrombie.com/shop/us/p/safari-jacket-9348232?partNumberForEdit=627441580&seq=02&editItems=true

These are cool! I wanted any of you interested to know about this today.

Enter this promo code at checkout: 11139

and the price will be $43.20 (regular price : $120.00)
Still have good selection of sizes on these safari jackets. They are 55% linen and 45% cotton. Personally, I really do like linen-cotton blend.

Nice markdown on twill shirt jackets too ... think the price is $39.00 but promo code will not reduce any further since they are just on sale and not clearance.

Happy Thursday to All! :)

Blue is the warmest colour
The Hours
- I haven't seen any of the above at all, yet!
Eddie Izzard - Sexie/Stripped/Force Majeure boxed set
- haven't seen 2 out of the 3
A Minions mug with choccy bars and key ring (I love the Minions!)

A couple of Wispa choccy bars (very naughty of me!)

I bought myself some double sided adhesive roller tape. Until someone mentioned using some I had no idea it existed. Now that I've tried it I'm all about not having to mess with glue sticks and instead reaching for this miracle, magical wonder stuff. I blew right through the first one and found myself having withdrawals. So today I purchased five more. Now I'm getting ready to head to Etsy and see if some ribbon I was looking at yesterday, of which there was only one lot left, that three people besides me still had in their carts this morning, is still there. If so then I'm definitely nabbing that up before the clock strikes midnight. Oh and I bought my self and my son lunch and then did some grocery shopping.

fourteen heavy duty 27' long 2" wide tow straps with 3,333 lb. working load ... several 12" demolition saw blades and three 12" wood pruning blades ... four one-inch 40' pvc pipes ... 150' of 60 lb. fishing line ... three packs of 100" polyester orange rope ... I forgot a throw bag but can fill another gatorade empty bottle with water -those work just as well... picking up a hardhat tomorrow as well as a tree felling wedge holster tomorrow ... a wedge will always be on me and never left in the truck out of reach at critical times

bought two of these tow straps a while back ... tested the straps last weekend - did a cold snatch from a tree with the other end on my truck in 4x4 HI gear and they took the punishment very well ... were on sale for eight something plus tax ... that is al least 2/3 cheaper that the Tanaka's I bought several months ago and are only 3' shorter ... will be so useful because I won't have to drive my truck deep into the woods in order to drag a log down to the front property by the road or compromise time by having to disconnect, untie and separate, seek another standing tree that is closer in order to drag the one on the ground... one thing, I will have to cut through galvanized weld to remove the Double J-Hooks from the tow straps ... I don't work with metal on these tow straps for safety reasons --- >>> if something pops loose, I don't want a piece of hardware flying through the back window of the truck

This is the most physcally exhausting work I have ever done but I have a strong commitment. Someday, I will never have to gather pine stuff and haul away. No joke - war on pine trees is hell! ;)

Sadly they didn't have just Chamomile but I did fine one by "Paromi" full leaf tea called "Sleep with me" caffeine free. It smelled simply divine and tasted also delicious.

4 pair 7" Dewalt tin snips

an ATI buttstock with pistol grip for my 12 gauge Mossberg Chainsaw model

I am thinking about removing the Chainsaw part and putting it on the underside of another 12 gauge which is lighter weight. And of course one cannot have a tactical stock with a pistol grip without installing a vertical forend. I am giving thought to about a 70 degree angle. No problem experimenting since both 12 gauges have picatinny tri-rails already in place waiting for my imagination. This is so much fun to me.

So, I never buy socks. :sock: Even though I am dealing with some holes in almost all of them, I just carry on.

Well, I decided that was dumb. So today, I bought socks.

I bought:

Tan dress socks
Black dress socks
Tan, cotton, casual socks (thicker than dress)
Black, cotton, casual socks
Low cut white athletic socks
Crew cut white athletic socks

I needed all of them because they all had holes. For some reason I just don't move from step a) you have holes in all of your socks to step b) go to the local department store and buy some socks.

P.S. Socks (dress, especially), are expensive as fuck!

I bought it about a week ago but due to weather, its delivery date kept being pushed forward. I see it is on the local truck and now in OUT FOR DELIVERY status.

It is an ATI 12 gauge shotgun buttstock with pistol grip. I have already mentioned it here ar BFP somewhere.

I am so excited ... about like a small child at Christmas. I feel certain I will saw a few inches off the stock, put a Limbsaver recoil pad on the end. About to order an ATI folding 3 position fore grip too. I have had a difficult time selecting the foregrip. A little hand-blocker gizmo will need to be attached near the end of the barrel ... afraid I may get too carried away target practicing and end up with my hand in front of the barrel. That would definitely be a day-ruiner.

I have seen actual photos online of these occurances. Very nasty-looking! I guess one guy was forced into "oh well, I really did not need those two fingers anyway when I still have three remaining." He simply got in too much of a hurry having fun with his new KEL-TEC and did not have hand protection installed. His hand slipped past the foregrip. Ooops! :(

It's really a bitch depending on the govt. when both of us were nurses. We worked very hard as nurses...now the govt. gives me 25% of what I'd earn per month.

Had medical, life, housing, utilities, trans. costs, furniture rental new at every assignment all paid including a 30+ dollar/hr. rate with DT for OT. Geez, I miss all that.

Every so often, tell the family I want to go back for a few years. Build up savings for a new house where we want to live - not where we must live (near family). They talk me into staying on my disability. It's depressing!:blues::duct::deepthoughts::badmood::ra nt:

Oh, and I got coerced by a very cute girl scout (she had this cute spinner thing on her head and she was rocking on her heels...and she looked at me with some serious grey-ish blue eyes and a smile that would melt the coldest of hearts).

Me: comes out of store minding my own business

GS: *mumbles*

Me: *realizes she was mumbling to me so I stop and turn around* I'm sorry, kiddo...were you speaking to me?

GS: *cuts eyes up at me* Yeah... (comprehensibly repeats herself) would you like to buy some cookies?

Me: I don't have any cash on me.

GS: *shyly says* We take credit cards.

Me: (thinking in my head "Damn it! She's adorable, how can I say no?) You're killin' me, kiddo.

GS: Cookies will make it hurt less.

I got crafty goodness from Joann's and two periodicals on one dish/Crockpot cooking and one on mixed media with a liter of Figi water from another store. Never had it before but it was on a display while in line and I was parched because they always keep it so warm in there, so I splurged for it and it was pretty good. Then I hit up another store so I got two rings, some underthings and make up. After that, I made it to AC Moore and got more crafty stuff and a box of HP playing cards for DC. Finally, I made a stop at the grocery store and got Him some Cheese Doodles and pizza for dinner while I nabbed some soda and mac 'n cheese baked doodly things for myself. A big bag of trouble ... all I could do was laugh like all hell and am still laughing. What the heck. I don't care. :) I will play their little games.

A guard asked me "FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME" yesterday if that was my truck and he motioned to it. I said it was. He told me"FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME" that I could not park there . I said okay. I did not park there today and had no intention of parking there anymore. Today he went to the assist chief and said he has told me "NUMEROUS TIMES" not to park there. This is not true. I got a written warning, very harsh. If I ever park there again I will be suspended for two weeks without pay. Do it again, I get fired. This guard's words were taken for truth. I did not get a chance to say anything. The warning paperwork typed by the assistant chief was delivered to me by my supervisor.

Now, when I complained about my supervisor lying to me about specifics regarding my salary (everything I said was 100% true) I was not believed. There were no negative consequeces for him at all. Golden Boy can do anything and continue to be squeaky clean.

Well hell, that just sucks....not even any BLING on it? Damn, skippy!

They are not that hard to load (except when one has to lie down and get semi underneath the front to attach the chains to the front axle). KEY is to load tow dolly onto the trailer hitch on the RV before one loads the vehicle onto it.

I towed my SUV from NC to Fla behind a UHaul (26 ft) easy peasy. I just had to have someone crawl under to hook/unhook those damn chains. They are an additional safety feature in addition to the tie down straps on each front tire.

YOUTUBE will have some great videos for your viewing pleasure!

You can do this my friend!!

I'm jealous! I know that brand all to well. It's the Cadillac of the sewing world. I have the iron. And I will always buy that brand now.
And you got a killer deal...

2 more.chicks

Cleaning supplies for a job I'm doing today. I cant do any job without an extendable swiffer type duster. They make me look like a rock star with minimal effort.

Shampoo and conditioner of a girlier variety. My babe buys in bulk but I dont like using the same shampoo for so long. (Like a year basically)

I was actually excited to get some blackberry gingerale that I tried at my sister's but it was sold out. Hopefully it will be well loved and stick around. Im not much for soda but it is delish

Wow for just $200 this little thing works like a Champ so far.

It was actually yesterday, JC Penney is closing in my little town, so I went there to buy things to redo my bathroom. Unforunately they don't carry shower curtains.
So I went to Amazon and found a great setup with shower curtain, matching hooks, toilet seat cover, rug for the commode, and a rug for the outside of the tub, and voila 2 day shipping.
I am one happy camper.

I posted a photo in the galleries about rails. It goes with this post.

Gemme and ~ocean, here is my very long-winded expanation. :( Sorry, it just came out extra long. You may want to skip it after you look at photo in galleries.

For anyone ... if I have left out anything or made an erroneous description, please feel free to correct me. Thanks!

Discussion Applies Only to Pump-Style Shotguns

when you want to shoot your pump shotgun ...

you load one or more shells into your magazine tube ... it is necessary to then rack the slide which will put a shell in the chamber ... in this photo to rack the slide, the chainsaw handle must be pulled back all the way, then pushed forward all the way and it is accomplshed very quickly ... after having done this, to fire the shotgun, all you do is pull the trigger

there are lots of gadgets you can attach to the barrel, slide, magazine tube ... the two most common parts that enable adding attachments to your slide are called picatinny rails (pr)and weaver rails (wr) ... I am only covering the pr here ... if interested in the wr, google it

the chainsaw gadgie handle on this one is attached via pr on the bottom of the shotgun ... you can only see the bottom edges of the pr so I made a modified circle to show the bottom ones ... there are also side pr on this model ... if I decided I wanted to rack the slide with a folding 5-position vertical grip (vg) - I would remove the chainsaw handle and install the vg ... generally these are postured at a 90 degree angle from your slide, although some are made to curve somewhat towards the backend of the sg ... you can also put the grip on the side of the shotgun and rack it from either side, right-handers would attach it to the pr on the left side, lefties on the rght ... if the grip has multiple positions (the one I order has 5) this provides opportunity for customization in locating the most comfortable angle ... it also folds flat against the slide for easier transport

I have yet to research how I intend to install the green Crimson Trace laser ... the green is more desirable than the red because the red is said to fade out in brighter light ... lasers are good at 50' or less and can provide shooter better accuracy

I purchased some 12 gauge AGUILA mini shells ... though I don't want to be dependent on a laser, I am in the learning stage with these short shells so the laser will be helpful during my training period ... they do require an OPSol adapter ($17.99 online at Walmart) to be inserted and seated properly in the chamber ... without the adapter, the shells get hung up and won't cycle correctly during racking process... I love these shells, they are only 1 and 3/4" long ... though less powder in the shell, they are perfect for my purpose, have plenty of power and the selling feature is the recoil is very manageable ... no more bruised shoulder ... a sore shoulder became a huge issue over the past year ... it cannot take the hammering anymore ... an undesireable consequence of being almost 62 years old (laughing)

the great thing about this particular Crimson Trace cmr-206 green laser is you can transfer it to any long gun or pistol with a picatinny rail ... the custom ones for a particular firearm can run hundreds of dollars ... no thanks

Before learning about these short shells, my intentions were to sell both my 12 gauges and keep the .410 bore. Now I have decided to keep the 12 gauge Maverick ... and to trade the 12 gauge Mossberg Chainsaw, the Mossberg .410 gauge and Smith &Wesson .40 caliber Shield pistol for partial payment on a new Smith & Wesson TRR8 revolver. I shot a friend's .357 magnum Colt Python a while back and really liked it. They quit manufacturing these revolvers years ago and now the selling price for a well-kept used one can run several thousand. The TRR8 is a .357 magnum too, whole lots less than the used Python but still along the same lines as the Python. TRR8 is very sexy!! :)

I find target practicing a great deal of fun. The only things I liked about basic training was firing the m-16s, m-60s and throwing grenades ... plus they provided the best tasting food and it was all-you-can-eat. :) I ALWAYS follow the best safety practices and rules as well as laws. In fact, I would describe myself as overly careful --->>> every single time I handle any firearm. Nothing less works for me.
