That stinks your plans were cancelled tonight! I went on the Hulk Roller Coaster at Universal Studios here in Orlando, and it scared the life out of me. They never should allow a 5'0" tall person on the front row. The Tower of Terror ride is awesome and it is my favorite ride besides Space Mountain. When I get nervous, I start giggling and you could hear me giggling when I went on the Space Mountain ride..:chocolate:

If your lungs are still troubling you, they might benefit from a vaporizer with a bit of eucalyptus in it, provided you don't have an allergy to any of that. Steam baths and vick's vaporub work in a pinch. :)

I wondered what had happened to you & Karma! Figured you were probably working on your truck! Enjoy the day....and the weather. Our smoke fog has finally cleared up...hope it stays that way! Yesterday we went down to Palm Coast for a day in the pool, and then a dip in the hot tub. I haven't ever had her around a pool before....so I didn't know what she would do. I had a rubber blow up ring around me..and she was almost falling over the edge of the pool at deep end...I got her back to where I was..and she jumped on the ring with me.......made herself comfy and stretched out. I couldn't get her off that ring for the longest time..it was hilarious...all my friends were laughing so hard at her. Finally we put her in the sunroom so I could relax a little. Anyway...it was fun with her....she would step off the ring a couple times onto the top step....but cry to get back on with me. She can swim but is fat in her belly, as she is a regular dachshund, not a mini, so we didn't want to chance her getting into deep end and going under...I need to get her a life jacket as we plan to spend a lot of time there this summer...Have a great day Cody! Had an ABSOLUTELY FRIGGIN AWESOME day!!!!!!!!!! Got a little too much sun down at King's dominion but had a fantastic time riding all afternoon! Love hearing the guys scream like little girls! The Intimidator had some SERIOUS air time! The Volcano was as good as I remembered it being and the Dominator...well it's the first one as you walk in the park. I am way de-stressed and ready to face work tomorrow. :thumbsup:

I had a fun day once all the craziness of trying to get groceries and get to my friend's house. Ok she cooked because that's what she does for a living and then I basically designated myself to stirring, peeling and doing dishes. Basically staying the f#$% outta the way.
We spent a few hours cooking food (for the week pretty much) and then watched a bad TV show.

I spent the day recovering from driving to San Francisco early (left at 4:15 am) Saturday morning (that would be a 400 miles drive), spending the day in the sun and hanging out with super amazing people, going to bed at 1 am, then back up at 5 am to be at pride by 7 and get the float ready. I then proceeded to be in the sun most of the day doing the parade, and then left for home at 5 pm (400 miles back). I got home around 11:30 pm, but did not go to sleep until 1 am again. not a happy camper right now. i was woke from a good dream by the scheduler at work asking me about my punches last Tuesday. I'm sure he knew i was annoyed when i answered the phone with "This better be good". Apparently there was a problem with the time clock one day last week and the dumbass called to ask what my punches were. i work the same shift every night. umm, you can't figure that one out? Damn. and shouldn't you know that i work the midnight shift and most likely would be asleep at 4 in the afternoon? now i'm wide awake and probably won't be able to get back to that dream when i do eventually fall back asleep. :sigh: 10 more days to go until my day off.

Dixie, I'm sorry for your migraines, damn those suck. I have only had a couple ever but I have had some crazy ass tooth pain so I can relate a little bit.

I need some help, I am going to see a really cheap movie by myself tonight for $2 or something. Should I see Bridesmaids or Cars 2?

I also wish I had a femme I could cuddle up in the park with tomorrow and watch "Roman Holiday" with on a big screen. Anyone feel like making a quick trip up to Vancouver?

Well there's an hour of my life I can't get back.

I got there like 10 minutes before the movie, the line wasn't moving at all. I chatted with some people in line who said the theater is never busy so this is different. In 20 minutes the line moved about 10 feet because half the line up was actually waiting for the bus. The Stop is right in front of the theater. The people in front of me and myself were hoping they would hold off on the movie because of the huge line up.
I went up to the front to check to see if they did and they didn't.
I'm so angry and pissed off that I didn't bother trying to go see Cars considering there was still 20 people in front of me and the movie started in 5 minutes.

I either never want to try and go back or try and get a job there so it's more organized.

So. Pissed. Off. :hrmph:

Hopefully it doesn't rain tomorrow so I can go see Roman Holiday.

I'm so angry and pissed off that I didn't bother trying to go see Cars considering there was still 20 people in front of me and the movie started in 5 minutes.

I either never want to try and go back or try and get a job there so it's more organized.

yeah it is Andy. btw, i'm not sure if you'd still be jealous if you knew they're turkey burgers. i'd like to learn how to make my own veggie burgers someday. I'm trying to cut down on my meat consumption and i'm starting with red meat...hence the turkey burgers. i'm not planning to completely eliminate it but i would like to cut back considerably.

I love turkey burgers. The more delicate flavor of the meat lends itself to more options for seasoning. :) Now i'm extra jealous!

Good Afternoon HD,

Careful of the ground turkey. It has just as much fat and calories in it that is similar to red meat. Have you tried ground chicken?

I eat a lot of turkey, chicken and seafood and bake most of it. If I have to fry something, I use extra virgin olive oil.

HD I make what is called a "gamecock grinder". Being from the upstate of SC where Clemson University and Clemson TIGERS are from..their arch nemesis being the SC Gamecocks, in Columbia,SC.. HEY...Ms. Cuddles....<smile> anyway we made a sandwich called Gamecock Grinder. It is ground turkey browned, drained, add in bacon pieces all diced up and diced onion, and cook. Add that to a hoagie roll with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and cheese......yummmmm
Now that I have made us all hungry...lol

INKY: Use ice and heat alternately to sore elbow...about 10 min with cold pack...wait an hr then heat for about 10 min. Do this several times a day.
