It has more cholesterol in it than regular ground beef. Read the labels as to what is in it also. I will gladly eat my 93% lean ground beef in small portions.

Sorry to derail the thread, but since I took my health into my hands and making sure what I eat is almost vegan. I beat my chances of heart disease and diabetes.

I just want to make sure you all are healthy!

Almonds... I use then as a snack. Do you have a Max Muscle store near you? They do free consultations.

I had never been there before. I am still kind of mad about it.
At least when I worked at a theater, we would let people know whats going on or hold the movie or at least get people their stuff fast.
The concession was also selling tickets, so you can imagine how fast everything was going. I think only 2 people were working or something.

Pay attention to the protein package. Fish, poultry, and beans are your best bets.

I found that organic soymilk is one good way. You can even try tofu.

Do you have access to a dietician? When I took my human nutrition class, we learned a lot about what are complete proteins. I love to have one of gluten free Greek yogurt that has probiotics in it.

Well today Dr Sunny had to go on a long ride to the other side of the leather and lace hospital and while on my journey I found the most perfect slurpee.....It was very hot and it went down so easy I was amazed. The coldness of it made me slur and the liquid made me well you can figure that one out. Now I know why they call it a slur pee. I never did find that popped cherry slurpee I was looking for though....

shes a 94 chevy ex cab step side 4x4... had one years ago that was stolen (relationship thing) and felt lucky to find the exact truck again.

YESSSSS that!!!!! That all sounds so wonderful, it's a shame i'm so dang impatient!

Luckily I"m being spoiled this weekend, as my friend from home is visiting for the weekend and does most of those things for me. I've known her since third grade so I don't feel bad making her carry the propane tank and take the shopping bags inside :)

I have noticed the older I get the more impatient I am to have these things ... I am ready ... Why can't it just happen ... Let this be a reality already!!!

And yes ... I would love to have someone to carry things for me again!!! Please!!! That is all just part of the normal every day wooing part that is so very charming!!!

I believe there are more out there than you think looking for "that special one". The passionate love that cause your skin to tingle every time she touches you, makes your heart race when you kiss her, or get butterflies in your stomach when you hear her voice.

I am so glad you wrote this ... I was starting to think it was just me and what I was attracting ... I am honest and truly looking for a life partner ... I love being loved, I love to love, I love growing with someone ... All I keep finding is people that are just looking for that quick in and out and that is soooooooooo very not what I want. I was wondering what kind of vibe I was putting out there. Seems like what I keep running across is people fresh out of LTRs that are looking to finally play after being a couple for so long ... Pretty much like a mid life crisis ... When I'm looking for that forever kind of love.

I guess I am a "rare bird" in that I DID have a wonderfully healthy, loving relationship...and I have NO baggage from that. I had 2.75 years to heal and have time to myself. I am not in a mid-life crisis. I am not "needy" but WANT a LTR again. I also believe in OFOS moral compass, sound moral turpitude, and ideals.
For me...it begins with a simple hello....and we start a conversation....and I can get a "feel" for that person...emails...eventually talking on phone..it has to start somewhere..and I enjoy those special initial talks...getting acquainted....seeing if there is a chemistry there...vibes...aura...
I enjoy that getting to know her aspect of this...discovering interesting facets of her...and let it grow and evolve..and enjoying the slow, relaxed, LIKE stage!
