How do you know the food you are eating is really good?

Because it is so hot in your mouth that you refuse to spit back to the plate (cringes at that anyway).. and you bounce said food around your mouth..with your mouth open letting air in..until it cools down enough to eat..
even though you have been eating right along and letting it scorch your mouth and throat.

I am fed up with all the university studies and medical specialist informing the public that this suppliment or that food was found to produce a desired effect in clinical studies. Then the medical field embraces it , promotes it and we use it. Only to find 7 years later, well soy doesn't have any effect on pms as they once thought. And caffiene is really good for you, acts like an antioxident. Or those glasses of red wine may not fend off heart disease after all. Well until next week when someone else does a study.
Maybe that is what they mean by double blind study. Neither the doctors who conduct the studies nor the subjects used for the studies have a clue what is going on.

It had really bright coloring and quickly slithered away. I tried to get my phone out to take a pic but it was gone.

Why I Am now Divorced.

Last week was my birthday and I didn't

I am pretty sure I have a mini heartattack everytime I drop my IPhone 4. Damn expensive phones.

You know, I bet I am the only person in the world who gets bummed out when they have to get a new Iphone4 for $50.

My phone that I have had for over 3 years died today. Verizon guy told me that after about two years the touch screens (the ones that work via pressure of touch, not heat touch), just stop working. He was surprised that mine lasted as long as it did.

I am so bummed.

Anyway, I don't do too much with my phone besides call/text (yes, I am old...41!), but may check my email here and there, have internet access (I rarely use) and also have navigation (used once or twice).

I just have no need for anything but what I call a "regular" phone. Since my contract was up I was given $50 towards a new phone. If I bought the IPhone SPECIFICALLY, I would get $100 back (after sending my old phone in). AND since I was getting the phone after the expired contract date the cost of the phone was lower to begin with. Plus, with switching to an Iphone I was actually going to be paying $10 less a month for all the "regular phone" services. When all is said and done, I got a $650 phone for $50 and will be paying $10 less a month for the same services. I guess that is not too shabby.

(but I still wish my old phone hadn't died).

So, I placed her on the bed, and put the bag there, just to see what happens..
She wrestles with the opened end, dragging a cracker out, proudly carrying it a short ways from me, and bites into it....It looked almost comical.
Once she was done chewing that bite, however, she left the cracker, and dived for another..

I placed her right back with said half-chewed cracker, she seemed to grudgingly eat the rest...I left the bag near her, figuring she'd grab another..
Checking on Tehtoh, who seemed too quiet {he was investigating inside my boot, his butt was peeking out with the tail waggling randomly}, I spot out of the corner of my eye that she's carefully draggin' the entire sleeve of crackers, evidently she jumped off the bed with it..."Drop it!!"..
she ran with the remnant crackers..

The pack of crackers started spilling, she kept pausing and leaving a small trail of random 1 or 2 in her wake, I didn't do anything...this was hilarious to watch.....
She eventually gave up on the "Crinkly" bag, grabbed 1 and hop/ran off as fast as her big furry tush let her.....

I am having a great day off! Got my hair cut, visted some old work friends at Victorias Secret, and put a little dent in the VS card while there, found a great pair of jeans, and I ventured into a Starbucks today for the first time in about 3 years.
