Spaghetti with home made meat sauce. Haven't made it in a while but turned out quite tasty. Coffee.

I had fresh cod fish and green beans with boiled potato. Coffee.

Navy beans in the oven, ready in about an hour with chopped up vienna sausage and a fresh Toscanna bun from the bakery yesterday. Coffee.

Last night I had a pork chop and a side of peas with lots of butter.

Tonight I have two crab cakes with potatoes and the rest of the peas.

I pulled out a bowl of frozen cabbage and veggie soup I made about a month ago. I used coleslaw mix and spiced it up!
I added 6 pot stickers to it and topped it with a Korean spicy sauce. Dinner delish! Glass of coconut milk and before bed I had a mint and chip Yasso Greek yogurt bar.

Bacon, cheeseburger with fried onions. Got some fresh hamburger today and decided to have it now. Mayo, tomato and mustard will fill the bill. Ice Tea.
