Hi Lips,

Yes, Duffy's is a restaurant...with yummy blackened chicken alfredo. :girleating:

Don't feel too bad about the pork...a rabbi once told me that if an observant Jew was going to eat pork he should enjoy it so much that the juice ran down his chin. :)

Beef
Onion
Carrots
Can of Black Beans
Can of Ro-tel tomatoes, original
2 TBS garlic (last in the jar)
2 jars of garlic water
2 cans of Bean water
2 cans of Ro-tel water
Liquid Smoke (not too much please)
Salt

In the crock pot for 6 hours or so. Broth is VERY tasty. I'm a broth person. Meat is tough. Would have benefited from browning but I didn't have time. I used two big onions. TOO MUCH...even for me.

I pushed my luck today and it pushed back. I made a baked potato and didnt blend it. Omg...I am so sick. My stumach hurts and I felt like I was going to throw up for an hour. Its a definite momentary set back but I guess its a natural consequence. I feel overstuffed and like a hand is in my tummy. very uncomfortable and not worth the small amount of chewing I got to do on "real" food...

I had a McDonald's hamburger. I was getting sick being out and about so I had to eat something and i was right by the McDs. I decided to stop and eat in the car. Good thing! One bite got stuck! Not like a choke, but like it couldnt go any further. A clog. I had to straighten way up and put my arms over my head and tilt my head back to open my esophagus and eventually it went down. Well then. No driving and eating for me!
